Hey, I'm from NZ and have a wedding in Port Campbell next year end of March.
Does anyone have some info on that area... is it even kitable? What's the wind direction that time of year... if any wind ???

Cheers
Tanja

Port Campbell is a no go... cliffs all over the place, unstable winds very limited on beach etc... However you can go just down the road to Peterborough (15 minute drive) and there is an ocean beach that would work on anything with southerly in it. Watch out for the reefs and huge swells that roll in there.

Also, if you can find an appropriate launch area the inlet at Peterborough would provide a heap of flat water.. although it is behind the beach dunes so may be a little more gusty than the ocean.... I went for the ocean while i was there ;-)
