Hi Guys,

Heading down to Noosa from Darwin in September for a week, hoping to get some info on what to expect at this time of year. I've never been there before. I'm an intermediate rider and am planning on bringing a 10m Dice & TT with me. I also own a 13 Dice and a 17m Zepher (gotta love pussy tropical winds). I'd love to get some info about good spots to check out, what to do & not to do etc.

Cheers guys.

Hey mate, call adventure sports in Noosa. They will let you know what the go is.

... talk to Bretto and Leroy when they get back, actually they are there now, back in a few weeks! Bretto comes from there so I'd say he knows the lay of the land!

absolute rubbish winds here at the moment so if i were you i wouldn’t expect anything much. Although its pretty inconsistent so might be something.(flat water) Noosa is only rideable on N-NE winds. Cotton Tree is a 30 minute drive from noosa and can be rideable in N-E, E,SE winds. If u want waves theres castaways or perigean beach.
