Sounds like your having heaps of fun! I can't wait for my lessons. I bet your hanging for your kite! What did you end up buying for your first kite?

just took delivery of my very own kite! pretty chuffed. pick up board tomorrow. looking like a nice arvo down at st kilda or maybe even altona.

can't wait...

Well. Just had an amazing day really! Went to altona and set up early today and waited for the wind to come in. Headed out around 4 and it was pretty damn windy!

Was amazed to get up first time and go along for about 100 m or more. Then turned around and did it back the other way. Was hooting and laughing to myself all the way. Haha.

What an amazing feeling when you get the kite in the sweet spot and just trim along. Stoked.

It got pretty windy for me on my 12 so my mate kindly lent me his 8 for a try, but it was a little small.

Hope you guys had a good one too - lots of kites there today.
