Hey guys,
Looking at heading away at the end of April for a few months.
Just trying to work out where to go.
I've done a bit of research but but it's hard to get a grasp on exactly what a
place is like without some first hand accounts.
I think I may also be chasing too much of a dream location.
I'm after a cheapish cost of living, ok - decent waves for surfing and consistent (but doesn't have to be trade consistent)
winds to kite. Warm water would also be awesome.
I'd like to stay in the same place for a couple months and just chill, bit of nightlife wouldn't go astray.
I'd prefer developing countries as opposed to resorty, golfy type places.
The Dominican Republic is looking ok but I'm struggling to find first hand experiences.
And maybe Costa Rica?
Any help you can give me would be much appreciated!
Cheers,
Max
