I've decided my foil x 145 and super cruiser are not for me . Not enjoying the more upright stance required and would rather fly more outboard which just doesn't suit this combo . Any recommendations for a freeride/ freerace board to use with 6.5m - 8.5m sails ? I'm 82kg and have looked at starboard 150 freeride and up 135 pro but is there anything else out there I should consider? Thinking of keeping super cruiser and buying starboard GT 800 wing and fuselage which will also fit my existing mast to give me different foiling style options. Thoughts appreciated. Cheers

Keep in mind the outboard-lean out style requires going upwind hard and high....so you end up going downwind standing up and out of rear straps.
Reaching has not been perfected yet with windfoiling.....unless barely powered wind is applied.
Maybe just set straps outboard, sail mast base forward, and go foiling.

The FoilX works fine with their freeride foils. Most versatile is probably the 900 wing with 95 Plus fuselage and 255 tail.
Just run the mast base forward.

Exocet RF81. I have the 2019 and it's great for hiked out blasting with 7.0 Flyer. I think the 2020 has an upgraded release so maybe planes earlier. Very comfy on long reaches powered up and hiked out. Feels more like slapper/traditional than my Slingshot W105 setup. But as others have pointed out the hiked out posture is also a function of high aspect foil. I use my RF81 with an AFS-2

The JP 135 is popular around here. I found that is takes off earlier than the RF81 but felt more squirrelly when reaching. The RF feels like it is on rails.

JP 135 is a fantastic foil board that will work well with the starboard foils, especially if you swap to the GT-R style set up.

Do you feel this is better option than the 75 cm fuselage with the 1100 wing and 500 tail ? What difference in feel / performance do you think it will give ?

95cm fuse is a lot more stable than the 75cm.

If you're going to do that just get the new high aspect wing and smaller tail for your existing Supercruiser fuselage.

I've found that the latest jp135 doesn't feel that balanced with the Starboard 95 plus fuselage, in contrast the starboard freeride 150 really works well with the 900 / 95 plus and 255 combo

Think you meant to say Goya Bolt 135 Pro, I really like it, light with a bomb proof foil box, only issue is in light winds the tail will sink, especially with stab shims, so I have to step forward to level out the board until I get going. I have the 2018/19 model year in white/ greys.

Been trying 145 Foil X and it goes well but find I am no longer fit enough for so much uphauling plus balance in a chop on a narrow board. My JP slw is much easier but wanted the mast track back etc as the Jp was a little scary when up.. Wondered why you didnt just go straight to the 150 Freeride . Have not found any reviews of the freeride but must be easier to uphaul and tack than the narrow fat 145. 145 would be great once you know what you are doing or are agile.

Why 95 plus rather than regular 95 ?

It has the shim system which lets you balance the foil and adjust for different conditions.
The regular 95 would probably work fine as well but offer fewer tuning options.

Fanatic Stingray is great option, versatile, I went 140 at 95+kg so can uphaul in open ocean even if wind dies - so many fun days with Supercruiser using inboard straps and small sails, but outboard straps mean it transforms into slalom/race foil beast with big sails - and built to last! lighter guys can go for smaller versions if want tighter turns, but for blasting stay with 140 as 85 wide is ideal leverage
