Has anyone heard of 'Perko' kiteboards (directionals). Met a guy today who got one and loved it. Maybe Perko was the model. Any info would be appreciated. I've had no luck searching online. I believe it is from an east coast shaper. Dude said it cost him $500 inc shipping!

Hey,
I believe I am the dude with the Perko board who u were talking to at City beach.
I am surprised u managed to memorise "Perko".
Here is some info about the board:
Search "Perko shape" on Facebook or he also post ads on gumtree, u will find it.
He replies usually very quick.
He makes boards mostly for surfing but I already have 2 kite surfboards from him and I am very happy with both of them.
Before I had been snapping expensive production boards and that's why I was after something better & stronger for strapless jumps and stuff.
He can make any shape u ask..as many layers of fiberglass as u wish..carbon..epoxy..anything..he is cheap and very quick..3 weeks max..low budget shipping so u will have to pick it up from the airport unless u wanna pay extra $$ for shipping.
