Just moved back to QLD, currently well away from the coast, where is the best spots to kite a SWester, looking for anywhere between Gold Coast to Bundy. This coming weekend is looking good.
Hi, use the SE QLD guide to follow thru'
North of Brisbane,.
1) Southern end of Bribie - Bongaree or other side of channel on main land - Sandstone point.
2) Inskip in Lagoon,
3) Elliot heads (Bundaberg way)
Others can fill U in South side Bris' the obvious ones are Wello, The Pin (need boat), The red Barge
not familiar enough to vouch for them
Here is the PIN - the channel between the Straddies in July this year there is a big (50% tidal) lagoon just bottom of picture - The camera is facing to SW.
Cheers for that mate, I did have a look but could not find anything for a Sou wester, I have been to Bribie and Elliot Heads before so might head to one of them.
