Anyone know where I can find the rules for kitesurfing surfers? 100m either side of flagged zones. Not intrested in downwinders just 30m freestyle tacks back and forth so wont be going anywhere near swim zones.

Clubbies call 200m away from the red yellows and 200m out..council 'bathing area' rules.

Just avoid between main beach and broadbeach in general, so many flags, so many people, not worth it with such a huge stretch of coast to play in either side. You might get one trick in each tack and if you drop your kite for a second odds are you'll end up in the next set of flags

rules are 150m either side of swimming zone. and 200 out the back.

it was 50m like everywhere else but some silly old kooks on wicked sick surfboards doing down winders yo have zero kite control and dropped there kites on swimmers

shame

old farts ruining it for us all (no offence op :P )
