Hi,
I was thinking to come to Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast for kitesurfing holidays in between 17 Oct to 06 Nov.
I was told that it is peak of the wind season at that time.
Though, the more I read about, the more I see it might be not necessarily true.
How is that for real ?
I will be coming from Europe specially for wind - that’s quite a long way down to Australia.
If the wind is not that good, I still have a chance to change my destination :)
Hey, thank you for reply.
Is the wind every day there like in Brasil at that time of the year or is it more like lottery ?
4-5 days per week that is quite ok :)
Im coming between 17 Oct to 06 Nov.
Is the wind 20+ knots or less ?
And Oct/Nov is the end of Spring and beginning of Summer, right?
What the weather is like at that time ? Sun or rain ? Temp 20 or 30 degree C ?
Check the links on this page out for an idea of the last years climate at Redcliffe. (links under the heading half way down the page named "Other times and other places")

Sorry not the easiest web site to navigate but there's some good history on there. Keep in mind last year was a crap year and we're all hoping this year will be a ball tearer of a year

Will stay probably in Cotton Tree area, Sunshine coast and will go by car to other places every day.
