Looking for someone on the Sunnycoast with more knowledge about flysurfer bridals than I :D

Been having a nightmare getting this thing to fly properly , done the mixer , restrectched the flying lines , added 2 inch extensions to the Z line . Still getting backstalls in low wind with light bar pressure.

Need someone with more experience than me in tuning foil kites to pass a eye over it .

How light? Foils in under 5 knots, are not expected to fly let alone float - depending on size too.
If the mixer is all aligned, I wouldn't be playing with the bridals. Stupid question - your bar lines are all ok and fully powered and sheeted in the bar should be about 2 finger wide above the chicken loop?
Other than that, anyone can do is download the line specs from flysurfer and measure them yourself. You sure all the bridal connection points on the kite are intact and not frayed, stretched?

Hey man , yeah 15m in 5-10 knots. Been trying to use it foiling on those 5knot days .
Looks like I'am going to have to pull the tape measure out.
When I checked it , it was really out.
Mixer was way off and flying lines short on the steering lines. Put it all back to where it should be and was still back stalling. I read on Kiteforum about extending the Z line , which made a difference , but it still doesn't feel quite right.
Was hoping to get someone local to have alook and either tell me I'm tripping or verify my feeling that it should fly better in light wind than it is.

I just did a Flysuffer mixer and bridal adjustment and made it fly back to factory settings which worked. If the bridles all look ok and you've measured them to factory (+/- 10mm here or there is ok and allow 2-3hours for this), then you can try this. Do the mixer test (backwards). Grab all the bridle connectors together and align them. Tie some spare line around them to hold them in place. Stretch out the lines and see if the connectors to your lines on the bar are even. If so, then the mixer and bridles are all correct. The issue is with something in the kite itself like a stretched rib or tear. If they are not aligned then that's the problem. Adjust the lines between the bridle points you've tied together with the LCs. There should not be any slack on any of the lines. Now fly and test.
