Hey guys!

A mate and I have recently purchased our kite boarding gear and after completing 3-4 lessons we are looking to get out with some other faces to have a ride with a couple of beers afterwards.
We are still very new, and don't want free lessons or anything, more just don't want to be riding by ourselves just yet or getting in everyone's way out by KFC on the Broadwater.

Any tips or places to ride that aren't too busy would be appreciated. Also tips on the quickest way to progress would be much appreciated!

look forward to seeing you out there soon!

Practise is best and you can supplement it with the progression app/ videos as well as youtube. Chatting to the friendly local kiters is often a good way to get tips. Most people happy to help. Can always post questions on here as well. Enjoy the journey!

Hey Timy, you can head to the sandbanks or further down in front of the grand hotel which is good practise if you take off from loders to get there, then kite back up wind to where you started....only in a s/easter of course. The one thing you want to master first is staying upwind....

The crew at kfc do like a few bevies so make sure you say gday and join the stoke....

Did you guys rock up yesterday arv? Tide was a bit sh!t....

See you out there....yeeeeoooOooow!
