Hey everyone!

I see a lot if wakestyle guys ridin with almost straight bindings. To me, i feel most confortable with a bigger angle on my boots but as i injured my medial ligament in my knee doing that i assume it was too much.
As i squat down hard my feet turn more and morn out. So i could ride with less angle but then squatting does not feel really good and i can not get down low.
For sketchy landings its bad if you have a big duck so i consider going for less duck so i am save.. what do you mean? Better squatting position or less duck but worse squat?;)

Thank you!

Cheers

I found it more comfortable to have slightly less duck, i think i have 6deg at the moment, also i feel you get better pop as when you have lots of duck your feet are kinda pointing backwards when you pop making it feel unnatural.

duck is super body specific don't copy what you see others doing you really need to dial it in for your self.

This image is a good one to follow, you might find it takes a bit of adjusting in your riding to get use to the new stance but after I adjusted to it to it felt stacks better along with better control of the edge and no knee post session soreness. I also found going too wide in your stance will negatively effect your edge control so pick a stance that matches your shoulder width for a start.

It's all about what works for you, generally I find 12 deg is a good staring point if your screw inserts are all in line. Too much duck and your defiantly opening yourself to medial damage. I ride 12 deg for wake and cable but open it a little for kite as you twist your body more to ride up wind and try at least one hole wider than you use for straps if not the widest setting.

Most people ride about 9 - 13. The wider your stance the more duck youll want. Jump off a step with your feet spaced about what youd ride, youll see what angle works for you.

6 deg on the boot, i found that have too much put pressure on my knees and didn't really help much, I actually moved them in from the widest stance and reduced duck to 6 deg, this is just what felt more natural for my stance. As all above have said just set them up to what feels comfortable for you and natural don't go twisting your knees and stuff like that.
