This is the only thing I do in my loungeroom,to alleviate pain and stiffness in L4,L5,S1,discs which have severe deterioration. The only thing that works for me. I do it for 10 minutes but unlike my female yoga instructor neighbour ,I do it in a sitting position, butt and hamstrings on floor,legs wide apart chin on floor. I get my gear cross road and pump up on sand.

Haha, that's not a gash...it's a self- sustaining vortex.
I always pinch a loaf, or at least give it a good go before every session.
