How worn out do I let my pads get before I replace them?

I just love these Naish apex pads, but at $250 for a pair, I'm just not quite ready to replace them

No way. I've already worn the skin of my feet through in a couple of places. I would have had to throw them out a season or two ago.

I should have been asking about my lines, not my pads, broke a front line today, which made the self rescue a bit of a job. A big thankyou to the woman who kited over to check on me.
