Strange there's no mention of it on their website

No nothing. A friend has a demo today. Didn't like it. Biggish leading edge. Slow.

Ouch, doesn't sound good at all. As far as I know this is the first design from the new designer since Darmian left to start Reedin kites. Luckily I just upgraded my Slashes to 2021 which only have minor tweaks by the new designer and are designed by Darmian.

Don't think Naish will rise from the ashes with the Phoenix.
Maketing look woeful.
good luck to em anyways

Smooth mooving through the whole wind window, versatile, and big-air machine. After 2 years with the North Orbit (N'O is a great kite.), i got to try the new Phoenix 10m and it was love at first sight. 2 months later- even more:: Very impressive low end- wind a bit below 10 knots- no problems at all, strong wind pure fun. I have a 10m and 8m Phoenix, riding on a hydrofoil and on Twintip, on average 10 hours per week riding. 5* scale: Jumping- 4.5/5. Hangtime 5/5. Light wind 4/5. Bar pressure 3.5/5. Water relaunch 5/5. Drifting 3/5. No pullies on the bridle=direct feel of the kite at all times. No buttons on the trailing edge, no flapping at all. Doesn't invert on itself when the wind stops. JUST SEND IT AND SMILE!

Interested to know if there's anything you find better on the phoenix over the orbit that was better apart from hangtime and low end. Trying the 9m phoenix in 30+ was a rough experience
