What sort of mickey mouse spoon and egg race is this **** this isnt competition kitevoarding
How can this be a competition if theyre all rideing begginer boards and wearing straps on feet instead of boots?!?

Boots are for beginners, and people not advanced enough to keep a strap on their feet ..... HAHAHA

Not a very glorified name is it....

You'd get laughed out of the pub if you proclaimed to be king of the pond.

I'd rather watch a drunk fat guy hit kickers in the open ocean, than a pro in boring flat water. It's good though keeps all the "sceney" self loving crew in one spot.

Yep.

I give extra points if you can land on the next wave face looping your way into the pocket to ride the wave back.
That is the ducks nuts.

Makes you appreciate how truely insane the king of air is.....
These dudes obviously have skill. But this is like watch some kids splashing around in a duck pond by comparison,

There were some very good riders that I know, who can pull some big tricks - unfortunately as you can see, the wind was crap on the day, the famous Sandbar is now quite 'high' behind them, blocking the good stuff and cant get much of a send from up high...
Was a great turn out with loads of people on the camera side having lunch and watching the comp.
The next day absolutely nuked, blowing most of the 'older kids' off the water ;)
