Ok so I have my apple watch face displaying the current wind and forecast nicely! The only problem is I have no idea how to get it to show knots instead of KM/H.Apparently it's to do with the regional settings - which I have put to Australia... So not sure what else to do anyone else figured this out?

Divide km/hr by 1.8 to get knots. 18k/hr = 10knots

Its a regional setting so you can't change it. Carrot weather will allow you to change it but you may have to get the premium version.
