Had a great afternoon foil using the Naish Jet 1250 foil on my Hover Wake 5'0". I guess usually this foil would be considered a surf/SUP foil, but it is also really fun to kite when the wind is ridiculously light. I use the 85cm mast for just about everything with this foil (SUP, Surf, Wing, Kite).

Here's a quick vid, enjoy.

Ride safe,

what kite do you have that it stays up in this 'wind'?

This was the Naish Boxer 10m. It got close a few times with slack lines, but it drifts so well even with no line tension at all - it always recovers really well.

cool video, is this wing equivalent to M, L or XL thrust wings? I like in light wind with surf wings when you can pump the foil upwind a little to get some apparent wind and keep the kite in the air.

What line mount and camera are you using?

This was the JET 1250 which is the equivalent to the Thrust Large. I usually don't like the L/1250 for kiting as they are relatively slow and the Medium is far more fun. but on a day like this when you don't want to out run your kite, the L/1250 is perfect and heaps of fun.

I was using the GoPro Hero 7 Black. 1440/50 4:3 on the line mount from "Xtreme Xessories" - xtremexccessories.co.za/collections/mounts/products/kite-line-mount-v2-0

No one else out either. I only came off the foil once, so good session

Here's the GPS trail.

Not sure where the app got the 19kn from, but I'd say 6-10kn maybe with the odd gust.
